The Leadership Foundation for Higher Education is committed to developing and improving the management and leadership skills of existing and future leaders of higher education. The Foundation works in partnership with a range of organisations within and outside of higher education. Its Top Management Programme (TMP) is the Leadership Foundation’s flagship programme and has an established track record in developing strategic leaders in higher education by challenging leaders to broaden their perspectives and to act as a forces of change.

The University of the Aegean (UAegean) was founded in 1984 with the mission to introduce new approaches in higher education and to promote regional development. Situated on six picturesque islands (Lesvos, Limnos, Chios, Samos, Syros, and Rhodes), UAegean offers a unique environment for modern studies in the cradle of the ancient world of knowledge. From its earliest days, the UAegean has been intent on challenging the prevailing limitations of the academic endeavour in Greece, in terms of educational approach and organizational structure.

EAIR – The European Higher Education Society, is a unique international association for higher education researchers, practitioners, students, managers and policy-makers. Although the EAIR was initially set up to promote institutional research, its current direction crosses boundaries between types of activities and seeks to cater for a mix of researchers, lecturers, students, administrators, managers and policy-makers. The EAIR is now formally known as 'The European Higher Education Society' and is focused on 'Linking Research, Policy and Practice'.

The International Association of University Presidents (IAUP) is an association of university chief executives from higher education institutions around the world. Membership is limited to those individuals who serve as presidents, rectors or vice-chancellors at regionally accredited colleges or universities.  The IAUP was founded in 1965 with the aim to: increase information exchange and communication between and among university leaders; give voice to university leaders; support sustainable development in a context of global competency; and contribute to a worldwide mission of higher education.

The International Society of Change Leaders (ISCL) is an international organisation providing change and transformation leaders with support to help them enrich their work. ISCL provides a networking and membership platform, consulting and coaching services, and education and training programmes to meet the needs of its members. ISCL's mission is to support change leaders and to encourage activities that enhance transformational change in others. ISCL believes in transforming lives and creating sustainable futures.
